Park Chong Jute Mill Co., Ltd.

Established on a piece of land (over 400 rais) in Park Chong district, Nakhonratchasima Province of Thailand in 1965, The factory supplies jute sacks to penetrate the industrial and agricultural demands at that time. At present, we expanded to plastic sacks, plastic burlaps and jumbo sacks. There are 1,600 employees in 3 factories:

Jute Factory composes of 3 sections:
Selecting Section – local and imported jute will be inspected and classified before being pressed and maturing in the next step

Maturing Section – After being pressed, jute fiber will be matured through natural chemical reaction so its fiber becomes soft and strong. Maturing time will be carefully calculated so that the fiber is in the best quality.

Weaving Section – mature jute fiber will be beaten and put into machine to split, put in order and throw into a jute string. For distribution, the jute string will be dyed and packed. For sack weaving, those jute strings will be fed into an automatic weaving machine to come out as a piece of sackcloth. It will be traced, cut, and sewed into sacks afterward.

Plastic Sack Factory
Manufacturing plastic sack (P.P.) and plastic burlap (P.E.) from plastic beads, heat-pressed into plastic films, cut in strips, and then weaved into plastic sheets by a machine. After that, a plastic sheet is labeled, made into sacks, and packed in a thin plastic wrapper as required. Plastic burlap will be cut and attached by heat, according to customer’s specification, before being laminated and packed for distribution.

Jumbo Sack Factory
Started with tracing, cutting and sewing plastic sheets into plastic Jumbo sacks, sack handles may be attached for crane transportation purpose. Jumbo sacks will be cleaned, sterilized, and distributed for sales.
